Paul David Nunley, 73, of Portsmouth, OH, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016, in Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born October 12, 1942 in Charleston, WV a son of the late Jesse and Eva Raines Nunley. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Julia Joann Bonfigilo and two brothers, James W. Nunley and Harold L. Nunley. He was a retired supervisor for the Charleston Area Job Corps Center. Survivors include: a sister, Wanda Lee (Ronald) Lucas of Bridgeton, NJ; sister-in-law, Nina Nunley of Charleston, WV; his former wife and close friend, Jean Blake Fritz and James Fritz of Lesage, WV; mother-in-law, Dorothy Blake of Lesage; brother-in-law, Lowell T. Blake of Glenwood; and niece and nephews, Connie Rubin, Chris Lucas, and Allen, Terry, and Timmy Nunley. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor Doug Spurlock officiating. Burial will be in Greenbottom Memorial Park, Lesage, WV. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
