Dorothy Louise Hanshaw, 84, of Huntington, WV, lost her battle with cancer, on Friday November 18, 2016 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Dorothy was born May 26, 1932 in Salt Rock WV a daughter of the late Oakey and Opal Childers Hanshaw. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Katherine, Lorna and Opal and three brothers, Cline, Neil and Troy and her husband Clyde Wellman. She is survived by her brother, Larry Hanshaw, son, Matthew Wellman and daughter, April Vaughn. Chapman's Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
