Obituary



Edra Kay Sias, 69, of Lavalette, WV, went to be with the Lord, Saturday November 12, 2016 at her residence. Funeral service will be conducted 7:00 PM Thursday November 17, 2016 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington with Pastor David Perry officiating. Edra was born April 26, 1947 in West Hamlin, WV, a daughter of Emily Mae Albright Gravely of Huntington and the late Jimmy J. Gravely. She was a retired nurse from Cabell Huntington Hospital with 27 years of service. She attended Lewis Memorial Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Earlene Mae Perry Roe. Additional survivors include, one daughter, Angela Sias Hansen of Hebron, IN, one son, Scott Sias of Lavalette, WV, three brothers, Rush (Ruth) Finley and Jimmy Gravely all of Point Pleasant, WV, and Tommy Gravely of Florida, one sister, Daisy Donahue of Branchland, WV, three grandchildren, Jessica Hansen of Tinley Park, IL, Alexrae and Morgan Hansen both of Hebron, and a special lifelong friend Dianna Scraggs. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the A.S.P.C.A or Little Victories Animal Rescue.
