Ruth Ellen Jarrell, 78, of Lesage, WV, wife of Vincent Jarrell, died Monday November 7, 2016 at her residence. She was owner and operator of a printing company and an avid quilt maker. She was a member of the Fourth Ave United Methodist Church. Additional survivors include one daughter, Deitra Tonyan, and one son, Thomas Jarrell both of California, one sister, Annie of Oregon, and five grandchildren. Chapman's Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
