Steven Rothwell Hall

Steven Rothwell Hall, 57, of Huntington, WV, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2010, in St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 13, 2010, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Dr. David B. Lemming officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington. Steve was born March 7, 1953 in Huntington a son of the late William Henry and Betty Jane Blazer Hall. His mother-in-law, Phyllis Winnell, also preceded him in death. He played baseball for Marshall University from 1971 through 1975 and was an All-American Candidate. He was retired from a career in sales and marketing. He coached basketball at Enslow Middle School and Huntington High School and coached softball for local girls in little league, high school, and ASA for twenty years. Survivors include: his wife of 38 years, Randi Winnell Hall; a daughter, Kelli Hall of Huntington; a son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Amy Hall of Greenville, SC; two grandchildren, Emily and Max Hall; a brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Vicki Hall of Teays Valley, WV; his father-in-law, Harold Winnell of Huntington; two brothers-in-law, Steve and Sue Winnell of Hickory, NC and Paul and Sharon Winnell of Clermont, FL; nieces and nephews, Mike Hall of Charleston, WV, Eric Hall of Lewisburg, WV, Courtney Winnell Whittaker of Hickory, Steven Trevor Winnell of Raleigh, NC, Aaron Winnell of Clermont, FL, and Katie Winnell Lemming of Dallas, TX; and many special friends. Friends may call from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday, April 12, 2010, at Chapman's Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Marshall University Softball at P.O.
