Martha Jane Mooring Wright

Martha Jane Mooring Wright, 70, of Huntington, WV, passed away Monday, April 12, 2010, in Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born May 10, 1939 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Frank D. and Mildred Louise Booten Mooring. Her husband, Harry Quinlan Wright, also preceded her in death. She was a member of Mt. Union United Methodist Church and was a retired home healthcare worker. Survivors include: a daughter and son-in-law, Tammy Wright Kennedy and Jeff Kennedy of Huntington; a son, Terry Lee Wright of Huntington; a grandson, Tucker Kennedy of Huntington; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Lou and Jerry Snider and Jo and Eddie Heck, all of Huntington; and a brother, Rev. William F. Mooring of Buckhannon, WV. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at Woodmere Abbey of Remembrance on Avondale Road, Huntington, with her brother, Rev. William F. Mooring, officiating. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park. Friends may call from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Wednesday at Woodmere Abbey of Remembrance.
