Wendy Michelle Wheeler

Wendy Michelle Wheeler, 35, of Huntington, died Monday, February 1, 2010 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Friday, February 5, 2010 at Chapman's Mortuary, with Pastor Jody Fortner and Rev. Timothy S. Dixon officiating. Burial will be in Harveytown Cemetery. She was born July 6, 1974, in Huntington, WV a daughter of Denny A. Wheeler, Sr., and Teresa Hibbard Wheeler of Huntington. She attended Sunshine Freewill Baptist Church. Additional survivors include: one brother and his wife Alan and Angie Wheeler of Chesapeake, Ohio; a sister Janey White also of Chesapeake; three nephews, Zane, Zach and Jordan Wheeler all of Chesapeake; three nieces, Lauren Neal, Erin Leigh Chapman and Laney Chapman all of Huntington. Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the burial fund for Wendy Wheeler at the First Priority Federal Credit Union, 500 Virginia Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701.
