Patty Ann Reynolds, 75, of Huntington, WV, passed away Friday, July 29, 2011, in Huntington Health and Rehab. She was born November 7, 1935 in Barboursville, WV a daughter of the late Eugene W. and Marie Tinsley Bias. Her husband, Billie R. Reynolds and a son, Douglas Reynolds, Sr., also preceded her in death. She was a homemaker. Survivors include: two daughters, Tammy Rice and Billie Joyce Reynolds; a son, Rick Reynolds; a sister, Donna Blevins; and grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday, August 5, 2011, at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, with Ernest M. Ritchie officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Huntington. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Friday at Chapman’s Mortuary.
