Barbara Ann Caldwell
(January 27, 1947 - April 4, 2015)

Barbara Ann Caldwell, 68, of Huntington, WV, widow of Carl Caldwell, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015, in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington. She was born January 27, 1947 in Huntington a daughter of the late Millard and Emmer Barker Spurlock. Survivors include: two daughters and a son-in-law, Lisa Clark of Huntington and Tonya and Kurt Thompson of Illinois; a son, Stoney Chaffin of Huntington; seven grandchildren, Bethany Clark, Kristin Clark, Sarah Clark, Karissa Bayer, Ashley Chaffin, Savannah Chaffin, and Madison Chaffin; and her first great grandson, Grayson, soon to be born. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Monday, April 6, 2015, at White Chapel Mausoleum, with Pastor Dennis Morrello officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:00 pm at the White Chapel Mausoleum. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
