Ralph James Manns
(December 9, 1966 - April 22, 2015)

Ralph James Manns, 48, of Huntington, WV, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at his residence. He was born December 9, 1966 in Lincoln County, WV a son of Georgia Ann Frye Manns of Harts, WV and the late Ollie James Manns, Sr. His brother, Eddie Manns, also preceded him in death. He formerly worked maintenance and repairs for the railroad. In addition to his mother, survivors include: his wife, Donna Tucker Manns; three children, Joshua Manns of Harts, WV and Chris Manns and Melissa Manns of North Carolina; two brothers, O.J. Manns, Jr. of Tampa, FL and Darian Manns of Rutherford College, NC; six step children, Carrie Dye Bilbrey, Christopher Dye, and Kurtis Traughber, all of Livingston, TN, Karl Traughber of Cookeville, TN, Daniel Dotson of Stone, KY and Stephane Dotson Mounts of Williamson, WV; and 25 step grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted 3:00 pm Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Manns Cemetery, Harts, WV. Visitation will be from noon to 1:00 pm Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Chapman’s Mortuary,
