Christopher Swann Tench
(March 4, 1989 - April 15, 2015)



Christopher Swann Tench, 26, of Huntington, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 pm Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Chapman’s Mortuary, with Pastor Franklin Murphy officiating. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery, Salt Rock, WV. He was born March 4, 1989, in Huntington, WV. Survivors include his mother, Terri Tench and her life partner, Greg Justice, of Huntington; a daughter, Nevaeh Tench and her mother, Chelsea McCabe of Huntington; a sister, Cyndi Crager of South Point, OH; a brother, C.J. Runyon of Huntington; two nieces, Madison Crager of South Point, and Ruby Runyon of Huntington; his girlfriend of a recent relationship, Brooke Ali Collins of Huntington; a special close friend he considered family, Lindsey Dandelet of Huntington; and several aunts and uncles including a special uncle, Carl Runyon and his wife, Janice, of Proctorville, OH. The day his daughter, Nevaeh, was born was the most important day of his life. She was “Daddy’s Princess”, and he considered her his everything. Flowers are appreciated and donations may be made to the Healing Place in his name. Friends may call 6:00-8:00 pm Friday at Chapman’s Mortuary.
