Obituary

Alan James Parsons
(October 5, 1988 - April 14, 2015)

Alan James Parsons, 26, of Kenova, WV, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2015, in Kenova. He was born October 5, 1988 in Huntington, WV a son of Christie Talbert McDaniels of Huntington and Alan Dale Parsons of West Hamlin, WV. He was a cook and assistant manager at Golden Corral Restaurant. In addition to his parents, survivors include: his son, Jonathan Parsons; a sister, Angel; two brothers, Terry and Chris; his fiancée, Amanda Thacker; and his fiancée’s father, Jack Thacker. Donations may be made to Chapman’s Mortuary to offset funeral expenses. A Celebration of Life will be from 5:00-7:00 pm Sunday, April 19, 2015, at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington.
