Jennifer Sue Beard
(June 12, 1960 - January 2, 2015)

Jennifer Sue Beard, 54, of Huntington, WV, our loving daughter, sister & aunt, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Friday January 2, 2015 at her residence. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday January 6, 2015 at 4th Ave. United Methodist Church with Pastor Jeffrey Arthur officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Susie was born June 12, 1960 in Huntington, WV a daughter of Robert Lee & Laura Berta Smith Beard of Huntington. She was a retired Postal Clerk from the US Postal Service, a member of the Tri-State Transplant Support Group and a member of the 4th Ave United Methodist Church which she loved dearly. She enjoyed her time with the children and the ladies of the church. Additional survivors include two sisters & brothers-in-law, Kim & John Stinespring of Huntington, Roberta & Steve Thompson of Miamisburg, OH, one brother, Robert Lee Beard II & wife Lisa of Lexington, KY, her loving niece & nephews, Tyler Ellis, Katelyn Mann, Benje Stinespring, Adam Thompson, Robert Lee Beard III and Zachary Beard, great nieces & great nephews, Tristin Ellis, Carter Mann, Scarlett Ellis & Cassidy Stinespring and numerous special friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the 4th Ave United Methodist Church (3031 4th Ave Huntington, WV 25702). Friends may call at Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Monday January 5, 2015.
