Henry "Hank" Ensign Blume
(August 14, 1949 - January 23, 2015)



Henry “Hank” Ensign Blume, 65, of Huntington, WV, died Friday January 23, 2015 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Memorial funeral service will be conducted at noon Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington, with Pastors Don Wheeler & Chad Shaffer officiating. Hank was born in Huntington, WV on August 14, 1949 to the late William J. & Annis Ensign Blume. He was a 1967 graduate of Huntington East High School. He was the owner of several businesses through the years. He was involved with corvettes, coal trucks, a restaurant and a vending business. Hank was very involved in politics in Wayne County. Hank was married for 27 years to Sharon Rigney Blume. In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter Amy and her husband Chris Fornari of New York. Hank is also survived by his wife’s family and numerous cousins. Friends may visit with the family after 11:00 AM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
