Jon A. "Rocket" Robertson
(November 23, 1971 - January 13, 2015)



Jon A. “Rocket” Robertson, 43, of Huntington, WV, died Tuesday, January 13, 2015, in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted 12:00 PM Saturday, January 17, 2015, at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. Jon was born November 23, 1971 in Huntington, a son of the late Harold Gene and Pauline Mayse Robertson. He was an employee of Browns Food Service (CMJ, Inc.) and coached Huntington High School Baseball. Jon is survived by his wife Heather Parsons Robertson, two sons, Myles and Cooper Robertson, both at home, and a host of good friends, players and coaches. After the services at the cemetery, the family is having a celebration of his life at Huntington High School. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Huntington High School’s Baseball or Football Programs at (#1 Highlander Way, Huntington, WV 25701, Att: Bruce Senior).
