Barbara Ann Thacker
(March 19, 1940 - January 10, 2015)

Barbara Ann Thacker, 74, of Huntington, WV, widow of Charles Wilbur Thacker, Jr., passed away Saturday, January 10, 2015, at her residence. She was born March 19, 1940 in South Carolina a daughter of the late Clarence and Dora Rollins Harshbarger. She was retired after over 30 years with Cabell Huntington Hospital Laundry Department. Survivors include: two daughters, Kelly Holley and Stacy Thacker, both of Huntington; a son, Charles Scott Thacker of Pennsylvania; four grandchildren, Carrie, Alvie, Lindsey, and Nikki; six great grandchildren; a sister, Mattie (Pete) Craig of Huntington; and two brothers, Robert Mitchell (Linda) Harshbarger of Huntington and Billy (Linda) Harshbarger of Georgetown, KY. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
