Vickie Vivian Adkins 50, of Ceredo, WV, wife of Walter Adkins, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Born July 14, 1967 in Catlettsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Ruby Jewell Pack Black. She was a homemaker. Survivors in addition to her husband include; one daughter, Summer Brooke Gibson (Mike) of Huntington; one son, Kendal Adkins of Ceredo; step-son, Ryan Browning (Jamie) of Kenova; one sister, Sarah Barrett (Bo) of Catlettsburg; three brothers, Kenneth Black (Peggy) of Boyd Co. KY, Sonny Black (Barb) of Catlettsburg and John Black (Stephanie) of Ashland, KY. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family.
