Ora Virgie Collins, 75, of South Point, OH, died Thursday March 8, 2018 at Harbor Healthcare of Ironton, OH. Funeral service will be conducted 2:30 PM Sunday March 11, 2018 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington with Pastor Tom Spence officiating. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Ora was born December 28, 1942 in Wayne, WV a daughter of the late John and Addie Mae Stevens Ashworth. She was also preceded in death by a daughter Tonya Eaves, 6 sisters, Charlotte Cremeans, Beatrice Hammond, Pansy Passino, Meryl Ashworth, Hattie Ashworth, Frances Vernatt, a brother, Rutherford Leon Ashworth and a grandson, Caleb Smith. Survivors include 2 daughters Gina Collins and Cheryl Noble, 2 sons Travis Collins and Brett and wife Angela Collins, nine grandchildren, Brad Eaves, Joshua Smith, Jeremy and Timothy Flowers, Amber Spence, Nikki Butler, James and Richard Layne and Brittany Ringhiser, 24 great grandchildren along with several nephews and nieces, and her special baby Paige Brown The family would love to extend their appreciation to the staff at Harbor Health Care for care provided to Ora during her stay. Visitation will be from 1:30 until 2:30 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
