Obituary

DENNIS NOEL "BUDDY" BAILEY, 76, of Barboursville, W.Va., passed away January 26, 2018. He was born June 17, 1941 in Lundale, W.Va., a son of the late Joseph and Ella Mae Bailey Scites. He was a heavy equipment operator, and was retired from Vecillio and Grogan Construction Company.  He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Charolene Dillon Bailey; his son, Jeff Bailey; daughter Natalie Allen and her husband Gary, all of Barboursville; two sisters, Nadine Brickey of South Point, Ohio and Ruth Mount of Huntington, W.Va.; brother Roger Bailey of Huntington; three grandchildren, Reganne and Cody Allen and Trey Bailey; and a special nephew, Rick Nida and his wife Denise.
