Obituary

Marian A. Dale Jenkins
(1948 - January 24, 2018)

Marian A. Dale Jenkins of Huntington, WV, formerly of Fairmont and Parkersburg, went to be with her Savior on Wednesday, January 24, 2018. She was a very loving wife, mother, friend and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Evangeline M. Dale of Parkersburg and Gleason F. Dale of Virginia; three sisters, Jeanie Moore, Donna Gay Dale and Gloria Deel. She is survived by her loving husband Richard of 50 years; three special daughters, Jennifer (Jenkins) Myers, Tammy Jenkins and Woody and Denise Jenkins; four grandsons, Dustin, Ryan and Dylan Jenkins and Dominic Myers; two great-grandsons, Dontae and Kayden Jenkins, all of Huntington; one brother, Jim Dale (Sheila) of Myrtle Beach, SC; stepmom, Linda of Virginia; nieces and nephews; and special friends, Rev. Jerry and Kathy Hensley. Marian is a member of 36th Street Tabernacle. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 28, 2018 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Rev. Jerry Hensley. Entombment will be in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
