Biddie Bennett Christian
(March 6, 1915 - April 12, 2014)


Biddie Bennett Christian, 99, of Huntington, WV, died Saturday April 12, 2014 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Thursday April 17, 2014 at Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington with Pastor Dennis Morello officiating. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. Biddie was born March 6, 1915 in St. Albans, WV a daughter of the late William Randolph & Erma Gibson Bennett. She was retired from King Smith Printing Co., in Detroit, MI. & worked at Cook Printing in Huntington. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry H. Christian, one brother, William Randolph Bennett, two sisters, Erma Virginia Bennett & Tessie Lucas, and one niece, Carole Bennett. Survivors include two sons, William Sanson Christian & wife Lorene Smiley Christian of Palm Desert, CA, & Bradrick Lee Christian of Huntington, two grandchildren, Jerry Allen Christian of Garden Grove, CA & Karen Lynn Campbell & husband Douglas of Moor Park, CA, and one niece, Connie Turley of Huntington.
