Mike, my loving son, was called home and delivered into Heaven by God's angels after battling illness for several years. Mike attended Fairland Schools, and had a lifelong passion for motocross. He worked as a pipefitter in Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC, before returning to Huntington, WV. Left to grieve is his mother and best friend, Sharon Collins and stepfather Donald Collins of Edgewater, FL, sister, Kristi Collins of Jacksonville, FL, son, Anthony Adkins of Ashland, KY, daughter, Amber Adkins of Charlotte, NC, aunts, Doris Akers of Huntington, WV and Marilyn Fletcher of Memphis, TN, his canine companion Kane as well as many cousins and close friends. Mike will be laid to rest under a shady tree in the warm Florida sunshine. Separated on Earth, but together eternally. Chapman's Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
