Obituary


Billy Edward Insco, 69, of Huntington, husband of Ocieanna Hammond Insco, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at his residence. He was a driver for the American Red Cross. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Monday, January 9, 2017, at Chapman's Mortuary, with Pastor Tim Arthur officiating. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park. He was born July 24, 1947, in Huntington, a son of the late Billy Jack and Rose Elizabeth Crook Insco. Survivors in addition to his wife include, his children, Shelley Dawn Insco of Canada, and Billie Nicole Insco of Huntington, Paul Allen Insco (Jennifer) of Nitro, and Jonathan Michael Insco of Huntington; and 7 grandchildren, Joshua and Lux Shoemaker, Nickolas, Austin, Connor, Brooklyn and Caleb Insco.
