Obituary

Larry "Scott" Sias, 42 of Lavalette, WV died at home after an evening spent with his sister. He was born December 6, 1974, to Larry Otis Sias and the late Edra Kay Gravely Sias. Visitation is at 6:00 PM with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM at Chapman's Mortuary on Friday January 27, 2017 by Jimmy Perry. Scott is being cremated as he requested. Scott graduated from Wayne High School. He was a massage therapist and later worked in sales at several local auto dealers. The last few years of his life were spent caring for his beloved Mother, who died just two months earlier.  Scott always had a warm smile and a listening ear ready for those he loved. He leaves behind, his father Larry Otis Sias (Anne M. ), his soulmate Danielle "Danny" Walker, sister Angela Hansen (Chris) of Hebron, IN, his life long friend Jay Justice, and a stepsister, Jennifer Chafers (Toby) of Mobile, AL, maternal grandmother Mae Graveley of Lavalette and six nieces. Scott's Nano (Willia Sias) made sure her grandchildren were close. So, Scott leaves behind six cousins, who love him like a brother: Tabetha Sturgill (Adam) of Fort Gay, WV; JJ Polichena of Ravenna OH; Kelly Dick (David) of Huntington; Lissa Reedy (Tim) of Debary, FL; Carrie Reedy (Brian) of Debary, FL and Toni Burns of Ravenna, OH. On a sunny afternoon, you could find him in his Aunt's backyard (David and Nikki Stiltner) spending time with his little "peeps" and eating Aunt Nikki's goodies. He always loaded up on her goodies to take home! His "peeps", Jalyn, Naomi, Emily, Morgan and Tycen loved their Uncle Scotty to the moon and back.

" Don't grieve for me, now I'm free. I'm following the path God laid for me. Be not burdened with times of sorrow. I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. God wanted me now. He set me free."
