Neil Michael Allen, 41, of Huntington, WV, died Monday, March 6, 2017 at his residence. A Celebration of his life will be held from 2:00 until 4:00 PM Sunday March 12, 2017 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington. Neil was born February 3, 1976 in Point Pleasant, WV a son of Michael L Allen (Nicole) of Chesapeake, OH and Pamela Pauley Taylor of Point Pleasant. He worked at Jewel City Seafood in Huntington. Additional survivors include his son, Wade Allen of N. Myrtle Beach, SC and a half-brother, Wes Taylor of Huntington.
