Timothy Scott Blake, 55, of Barboursville, WV, died Friday March 10, 2017. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Monday March 13, 2017 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington with Pastor Donald McCloud officiating. Burial will be in Greenbottom Memorial Park. Tim was born April 13, 1961 in Huntington, WV a son of Dorothy Unroe Lucas and stepfather Arno Lucas of South Point, OH and the late Teddy H. Blake. Also preceding him in death was a sister, Tonni Riley and a half-sister, Cindy Sweet. Additional survivors include two sons, Noah Adkins and Tad Blake and a sister, Helen Rose Cremeans all of Huntington, one brother and sister-in-law, Teddy Joseph and Susan Blake of Lavalette, WV, a step sister, Julia Lucas of Hawaii, an aunt, Emma Mills and uncle Pete Blake both of Huntington, and the mother of his children, Mary Adkins. Visitation will be from noon until 2:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
