Jarek Lee Montgomery, 20, of Huntington, WV, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at his home. He was born April 25, 1996 in Ocala, FL a son of Alison R. McGuffin Ortiz of Huntington and Tommy Lee Montgomery of Ocala, FL. In addition to his parents, survivors include: a sister, Tiffani Montgomery of Huntington; a brothers, Jon Ortiz of Huntington; his maternal grandparents, Denise and Jim Evans of Barboursville, WV; paternal grandmother, Patricia Gregg of Ocala; a very special aunt and uncle, D.J. and Darrell Adkins of Huntington; an aunt, Jolonda Howell of Ocala; and an uncle, Andre Gregg of Ocala. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 4:00 pm Friday, March 10, 2017, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington. There will be no services.
