Carol Anne (Ginny) Moore, 81, of Barboursville, WV, died Friday March 24, 2017 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Carol was born June 12, 1935 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Lewis B. and Louise Pollard Parsons. She was the manager for the former Ming's Restaurant. She was a member of the V.F.W. Post 9738 and American Legion Post 177 ladies auxiliary. Also preceding her in death was a sister, Mary Lou Parsons. Survivors include two daughters, Caron Whaley of Huntington and Melinda Gagne` of Canada, three sons, Michael Welch of Hopewell, VA, Steven Welch Sicklerville, NJ and Newton Moore of Huntington, two brothers, James and Tim Parsons, and one sister, Linda LaFon all of Huntington, six grandchildren, Michael Welch, Mechell Doss, Stephen Welch, Megan Nance, Kelsea Whaley and Taylor Moore. Chapman's Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
