Betty Cobb Gothard, 86, of Huntington, WV, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at her residence. She was born March 29, 1930 in Ohio a daughter of the late Charles and Gladys Bostick Pinkerman. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl Gothard and a half brother, Charles Pinkerman. Survivors include: two daughters, Patty Cobb Gilbert of Tucson, AZ and Vicky Rice of Huntington; two grandchildren, Albert Ramirez and Michele Baumgard; four great grandchildren, Jake (Briana) Ramirez, Nathan Baumgard, Felicia Ramirez, and Zack Baumgard; two great great grandchildren, James Ramirez and Addison Ramirez; several cousins including a special cousin, Jean Massie; and special neighbors whose help has been greatly appreciated, David and Julianne Titus. She also leaves behind Carl's children, whom she loved dearly. A memorial visitation will be from 2:00 to 3:00 pm Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington.
