Charles Edward Hannon

Charles Edward Hannon, 75, of Huntington, WV, husband of Lillian Scott Hannon, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2011, in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington. He was born July 20, 1936 in Huntington a son of the late Lee Hannon and Rosie Hughes Hannon Bowen. Charles was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Jane Maddox and two brothers, Leroy Hannon and Bob Hannon. He was a retired mail coordinator with 22 years service from the Cabell Huntington Convention and Visitors Bureau, and was a member of the Salvation Army. In addition to his wife survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Charles Michael and Katie Hannon of Huntington; two sisters, Judy Hedrick and husband Bruce Hedrick of Huntington, and Rosellia Louvins of White Pine, TN; and a brother, Albert Hannon and wife Maxine Hannon of Proctorville, OH. Memorial services will be conducted 5:00 PM Sunday, November 27, 2011, at the Salvation Army, 1227 3rd Ave., with Captain Bob Mullins and Captain Sandra Mullins officiating.
