Rose Nancy Wallace

Rose Nancy Wallace, formerly of Huntington, WV died May 22, 2015 in Richmond Hill. She was born on May 18, 1928 in Huntington, WV. Those who preceded her in death included her husband of 40 years, Robert Wallace; her father Albert Marvin; and mother, Mae Marvin. She is survived by her children: Robb (Cindy) Wallace; Claudia (Mike) Brown; Beth Neumann, all of Richmond Hill, GA; Chris (Kim) Wallace and Brett (Darlene) Wallace of Huntington, WV; 13 Grandchildren; 6 Great-Grandchildren; Sister and Brother-in-Law, Helen and Jack Traylor of Charlotte, NC; and Brother-in-Law, Richard Borg of Columbus, OH; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was a devoted homemaker, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She was a 60 year faithful and active member of Otterbein United Methodist Church in Huntington, WV. After moving to Richmond Hill, GA, she became a member of Richmond Hill UMC. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Chapman’s Mortuary in Huntington, WV. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 29, 2015 at Chapman’s Mortuary with burial in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. The family wishes to express their gratitude to her nurse, Diane Reid; her CNAs Adriana and Kee, and her caregivers, Carmen, Theresa, Mary, and Mary Alice.
