Obituary



Lynn Franklin Campbell 77, of Huntington, husband of Phyllis Barbour Campbell, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at home. He was born December 12, 1940, in Huntington, a son of the late Willard B. and Oretha Adams Campbell. One son, Kevin Campbell, a sister, Marilyn and his twin brother Glynn also preceded him in death. He was a US Navy veteran, and a retired welder for Huntington Plating. Survivors in addition to his wife include; one daughter and her husband, Latonnya and Randall Stepp of Prichard, WV; two sons and their wives, Chris and Lisa Campbell of Huntington, and Lynn Campbell, Jr., and Donetta of Ft. McCoy, FL; 7 grandchildren, Jeremy, Jonathan, Nina, Joseph, Justice, Brandon and Kevin; two great-grandchildren, Autumn and Briar; one brother, Vernal Campbell of Huntington. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 am Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Chapman's Mortuary, with Pastor Bill DeMoss officiating. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park, with Military Graveside Rites conducted by Veterans Honor Guard Post 16, Huntington.
