Dottie Lou (Porter) Henderson, 77, of Huntington, beloved widow of Norman G. Henderson, Sr., passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018. She was born April 28, 1941 in Huntington, a daughter of the late Thurman and Zula (Burton) Porter. A brother, Keith Porter, two sisters, Dorothy Adkins and Rose Gurue and life-long friend Pam Henderson also preceded her in death. She was a retired glass maker from Owens-Illinois. Survivors include daughter, Victoria Henderson of Proctorville, OH, and daughter, Kelly (Henderson) Yeager and husband Clifford of Branchland, WV; son, Norman G. Henderson, Jr., and wife Kelley of Lesage, WV; two granddaughters, Emily and Aurora (at home); special life-long friend, Rose Clagg; and three special fur kids. Per her request, there will be no visitation and a private graveside service will be held at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family.
