William Andrew "Bevo" Theuring, 84, of Huntington, husband of Norma Jean Jenkins Theuring, passed away Monday, June 11, 2018 at The Inn at Wyngate, Barboursville. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted 10:00 am Friday, June 15, 2018 at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Monsignor Dean G. Borgmeyer, V.F. officiating. Burial with Military Honors will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. He was born July 20, 1933 in Cincinnati, OH., a son of the late Carl A. and Mary Madeline Conway Theuring. Two brothers, Charles T. "Daus" Theuring and Edward J. Theuring have also preceded him in death. William was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and was retired from the US Army Corps of Engineers. He was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, and a member of the Huntington Bowlers Hall of Fame. In addition to his wife, survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Carla and Pat Cushing of Charlotte, NC; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Steve Theuring of Huntington, Bob and Chrissy Theuring of Ona, and Andy Theuring of Myrtle Beach, SC.; a sister, Rose Mary Bronosky of Huntington; and two grandchildren, Christopher Cushing and Emily Cushing of Charlotte. In lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, St. Joseph High School or Elementary School.
