She was a devoted and loving wife of the late Arthur V. "Doc" Greathouse and the late Paul L. Smith. She was born on September 4, 1931 in Huntington, West Virginia to the late Eugene and Della Sullivan. Thelma is preceded in death by her sister Naomi J. (Richard) Morris. She was formerly a member of Twenty-Sixth Street Baptist Church in Huntington and had been attending First Baptist Church Harvester of St. Charles, MO for the last twenty years. She was the loving mother of her Son, Arthur E. "Butch" Greathouse (Jan) of Weldon Spring, MO; dear grandmother of Kaitlyn, Christopher, and Brandon Greathouse and very dear cousin of Dorothy (Dale) Musgrave and the late Ernest "Buddy" (Emmalee) Shank.
