Bruce Lee Ervin, 61, of Huntington, WV, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2018, in Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born December 12, 1956 in Huntington a son of the late Edwin Barrett and Anna May Shelton Ervin. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Shelia Gay Walters Ervin and a sister, Kathy Jo Adams. Bruce was a plumber and a U.S. Army veteran. Survivors include a daughter, Andrea Caynor of Hagerhill, KY; a son, Andrue Ervin of Newcomerstown, Ohio; a sister, Kay (Ed) Hardman of Grove City, OH; two brothers, Edwin Dennis (Noca) Ervin of Dekalb, IL and James Henry Ervin of Proctorville, OH; four grandsons; one granddaughter; and a special nephew, Christopher Brumfield. Bruce was an organ donor, so he could significantly improve the life of others. A private memorial service will be at a later date. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
