Obituary



Pearl Virginia "Jenny" Pack, 71, of Huntington, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2018 in Cornerstone Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Noon Monday, October 15, 2018 at Community of Grace United Methodist Church with Pastor Donna Hinkle officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Jenny was born November 18, 1946, in Huntington, a daughter of the late Okey Dent and Alma Irene Campbell Pack. She worked in several different jobs with the Veterans Administration and last worked as a Rater for the Veterans. Jenny was former member of Southside United Methodist Church, was a charter member of Community of Grace United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir, and held the position as head of missions. She was the Secretary for Go International. Survivors include two brothers, Lesslie "Porky" Pack of Mountain Home, Idaho, and William and Joy Pack of Barboursville, WV; one niece Amanda Seese; 5 nephews, Tony Pack, Tim Pack, Todd Pack, Matthew Pack and Michael Pack; Great-nieces and nephews, Vicky Sauerwald, Robby Pack, James Pack, Alex Pack, Marshall Pack, Philip Broome, Maddix Pack, Jacob Pack, Noah Pack, Hannah Pack and Adam Pack; her church choir family and Covenant group. Friends may visit from 5:00 to 8:00 pm Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Chapman's Mortuary.
