Stephen D. Morrill, 72, of Huntington, passed away at home on October 1, 2018. He was a 1964 graduate of Huntington High School, a 1968 graduate of Marshall University with a B.B.A. degree, and a M.B.A degree from the University of Arkansas. He was a former Captain in the US Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. William J. and Betty Lou Wood Morrill. He is survived by his son, William Douglas Morrill and his 11-month-old granddaughter Sophia Morrill both of San Antonio, TX; one brother and his wife Kent J. and Mimi Morrill of Ceredo, WV. Also surviving is Pamela Johnston Morrill, the mother of his son. The family would like to thank Helen and James Mann for their friendship and kindness. There will be no services. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family.
