Jack Calvin Cartwright, 65, of Huntington, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016 in Saint Mary's Medical Center. He was born June 15, 1950 in Huntington, a son of the late John and Peggy Dillon Cartwright. A brother Jerry Cartwright also preceded him in death. Jack retired from Value City Furniture as a sales rep. Over the years, he portrayed Santa Claus on many occasions, and at many different functions. Survivors include: his wife, Jean Maynard Cartwright of Huntington; two sons and daughters-in-law, Erik and Katie Cartwright of White Marsh, MD., and John and Nicole Cartwright of PA; one grandson, Colin Cartwright; one sister, Zetta Cartwright; three brothers, Jess and Joe Cartwright, and John Noble. As per his request there will be no services. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family.
