Robert Lewis Cox, 56, of Huntington, WV, went home to be with our Lord, Tuesday November 23, 2010 in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday November 27, 2010 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington with Rev. Nathaniel Ward officiating. Burial will be in Spring Valley Memorial Gardens. Robert was born April 27, 1954 in Huntington WV a son of the late Eli & Mary Meeks Cox. He worked with security at the former Radisson Hotel. He was preceded in death by his wife Thelma Ann Cox. Survivors include 2 daughters, Jamie Hackworth of Chesapeake, OH & Jessica Richman & husband Joey of Huntington, 2 sons, Dusten Crupe & wife Renee of Madison, WV, & Robert Cox II of Huntington, 1 sister Sue Forney of Huntington, 2 brothers, Richard & Floyd Cox both of Huntington, a host of grand & great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews and a special niece Paige Forney of Huntington.
