Tossie Marion Skaggs
 June 25, 1953 - November 22, 2010)

Tossie Marion Skaggs, 57, of Huntington, WV, husband of Susan Skaggs, passed away Monday November 22, 2010, at his residence. He was born June 25, 1953 in Cleveland, OH, a son of Tossie and Mildred V. Fortner Skaggs. He was a former truck driver. Additional survivors include a daughter, Revea Jones of Huntington; a son, Tossie Michael Skaggs of Huntington; and stepchildren, Tina Arnette of Wayne County, Steven Wayne Marks of Huntington, Dennis A. Marks also of Huntington, and Joseph Marks of Ohio. There will be private family services and Chapman's Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
