Ahlena Louise Meadows 59, of Huntington, widow of Leon Meadows passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2015 in Saint Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 noon Friday, November 6, 2015 at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Bill Adkins officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born August 19, 1956, in Toledo, Ohio, a daughter of the late Herbert E. and Louise Reynolds Wells. Her paternal grandmother Ahlena Wells also preceded her in death. She was a homemaker, and attended Church of the Harvest, South Point, Ohio. Survivors include, two daughters, Nancy Meadows Roach and Trina Meadows, both of Huntington; her father that raised her, Bennie Odell Mannon of Huntington; one granddaughter, Alaysha Pierson; two sisters, Lois Ann and Mike Chapman of Morgantown, WV, and Katrina Rishel of Huntington; one brother, Herbert Wells, Jr., and Madge of Ona, WV; and her companion, Jason Bailey also of Huntington. Friends may call one hour prior to service time Friday, November 6, 2015 at the funeral home.
