Kathy Marie Meadows, 63, of Millwood, WV, died Sunday November 1, 2015 at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, WV. Graveside service will be conducted 2:30 PM Wednesday November 4, 2015 at Woodmere Memorial Park, with Pastor Jake Steele officiating. Burial will follow. Kathy was born March 12, 1952 in Amherst, OH a daughter of the late Geiter and Jo Dempsey. She was a U.S. Navy veteran. Survivors include her husband, Richard Meadows of Millwood, two sons, Richard Lee Meadows II, and Edward Dallas Meadows and wife Stacie, five grandchildren, Jared, Klara and William Meadows and Isiah and Ethan Meadows all of Huntington, two sisters, June Hager of NC and Nancy Dempsey and partner Rick Schein of MI. Visitation will be from noon until 2:00 PM Wednesday at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington, the funeral procession will leave immediately following the visitation going to the cemetery.
