Jack Ray Smith, Jr., 54, of Huntington, WV, passed away Monday, November 9, 2015, at his residence. He was born September 25, 1961 in Kanawha County, WV a son of Jack Ray Smith, Sr. of Florida and the late Evelyn White Salsbury. His grandmother, Louella White, also preceded him in death. He was a machinist with CSX and was a member of First Guyandotte Baptist Church. In addition to his father, survivors include: a daughter and son-in-law, Leslie Adams and Carlo Adams, Sr. of Tiffin, OH; a son, Joshua Smith of Tiffin, OH; a sister, Dawn Peek of Carey, OH; his former wife, Kim Hodge of Huntington; a step son, Joseph Hodge of Huntington; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Chapman's Mortuary is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete.
