Stephen F. Bias, 70, of Chesapeake, OH, loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away Tuesday May 21, 2013 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday May 24, 2013 at Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington with Dale Rice, Bruce Robertson & Morris Edmunds speaking. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. Stephen was born August 7, 1942 in Charleston, WV a son of the late Cleve R. & Chrystalee Fletcher Bias. He retired from the state of California, as a Supervisor of Vocational Rehabilitation. He is survived by his wife Vivian Bias, one daughter, Colette Bias of Modesto, CA, two sons, Steven Eric Bias of Hurricane, WV and Jeff Bias of Winfield, WV, two grandchildren, Wesley & Tyler Bias, and his companion bulldog, Mandy.
