Dorothy Ford Edwards
(February 3, 1921 - May 27, 2013)



Dorothy Ford Edwards, 92, of Huntington, WV, widow of Verlin J. Edwards, died Monday May 27, 2013 at Huntington Health & Rehabilitation. Dorothy was born February 3, 1921 in Beaver, WV a daughter of the late Jonas & Daisy Ford Waddell. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Maxine Tomkies, Barbara Lake & Roxanne Waddell. Survivors include two sons, Roger Ford Edwards & wife Sue Ellen of Proctorville, OH & Roland Eugene Edwards & wife Kathryn of Springfield, OH, two grandchildren, Kelli J. Hale of Proctorville & Ryan K Edwards of Huntington, one great-grandson, Derek Ryan Hale and one sister, Shirley Spergin of Corning, OH., and two special nephews, Tommy Lake & Harvey Erwin. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Huntington. There will be no visitation or services per Dorothy’s request.
