Mrs. Mary Ellen Cremeans, 89, of Huntington, WV, widow of Brady Milton Cremeans, passed away Monday, May 6, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at Chapman’s Mortuary with Pastor Jennifer Obermueller officiating. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park. She was born on January 10, 1924 at Hinton, WV, a daughter of the late John Thomas and Zora McKnight George. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. She was a custodian for Dr. Larry Perry’s office for 19 years. Surviving are a daughter and special friend Bernice Jean Barrett and Ron Layne; a son and daughter-in-law, Paul T. and Sherry Cremeans, all of Huntington; a sister, Peggy Malcolm, Buffalo (Wayne CO,) WV; a brother, Johnny George of Lexington, KY; 4 grandchildren, a great grandchild; a sister-in-law, Reba Williams of Ceredo, WV and several nieces and nephews.
