Obituary


Glenna May Harris, 87, of Huntington, WV, passed away Friday September 9, 2016 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Graveside funeral service will be conducted 11:30 AM Monday September 12, 2016 at Greenbottom Memorial Park with Pastor Gordon Rutherford officiating. Burial will follow. Glenna was born December 29, 1928 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Ray and Louria Grass Beller. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Walter Harris, and two brothers, Raymond and Stewart Beller. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Teresa Ellen and Ronnie Weed of Huntington, two sons and daughters-in-law, David Lee and Dottie Harris of Huntington, and Dr. Gary Dale and Cheryl Harris of Charleston, WV, 8 grandchildren, Angela (Rick) Forth, Wendy Harris, Farah (Jake) Woodburn, Dr. Bethany (Mathew) Porter, Louria (Brannon) Lester, Amy (Seth) Priode, Ellen and Christopher Weed, and 8 great grandchildren, and one brother, Lonnie Beller of Huntington. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House.
