Lucian Franklin "Frank" "Digger" Selbee, 75, of Huntington, WV, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016, at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted at noon Friday, September 16, 2016, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor Patrick Elliott officiating. Burial will be in Spring Valley Memory Gardens, Huntington. Frank was born July 13, 1941 in Cabell County, WV a son of the late Clyde Roy Selbee and Louise Stewart Browning. A sister, Sue Selbee, also preceded him in death. He was retired from the maintenance department of Owens-Illinois and was a US. Army veteran. Survivors include: his wife, Patricia "Pat" Hager Selbee; a daughter, Patricia (Jeff) Watson of Huntington; a son, John (Sherry) Selbee of Long Bottom, OH; a grandson who he raised as his son, Zachary (Heather) Watson of Huntington; five other grandchildren, Devon Selbee, Megan (Matthew) O'Neal, Shaye Selbee, Brooke Watson, and Katie Watson; three great grandchildren, Mason Watson, Jack Watson, and Ashton O'Neal; a sister, Judy Given of Huntington; and a half-sister, Rose Selbee. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, September 15, 2016, at Chapman's Mortuary.
