Obituary



Patricia Jean Huffman, 60, of Barboursville, WV, passed away, Friday, September 9, 2016, in St. Mary's Medical Center. A Celebration of her life will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday, September 15, 2016, at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington. Patricia was born August 29, 1956 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Hampton Thomas and Barbara Jean Watson Jones. She worked for the state of West Virginia in Tourism. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Susanna Starr Thomas Moore. Survivors include her husband, Wandell Huffman, one daughter, Alyson Huffman of Barboursville, two step-sons, Scott Huffman of Barboursville, and Steven Huffman of Ashland, KY; a brother-in-law, Emory Gene Moore of Huntington, a niece Rebecca S. Moore of Barboursville, a nephew, Emory Gene Moore II of Huntington and several nieces and nephews.
